Who We Are
We are a group of West Palm Beachers from across neighborhoods, fighting for our homes, our streets, and our infrastructure, to exist and be maintained alongside the prolific development taking place across the city.
For years, Residents have attended meetings, engaged with officials, and shared their voices to no avail.
That ends now.
Bursting water and sewer lines, traffic and parking, congestion that blocks emergency vehicles, and the rest, is not just a nuisance - it’s a safety hazard.

Step 1
The City Commission unanimously approved an 18‐story, 400‐room, $290 million hotel on a 1.8‐acre parking lot at the edge of a historic neighborhood, waiving its own code three times to make it fit.
The appeal is being prepared. Every objection below is on the record, unresolved.
Grossly underparked — overflow lands on residential streets
Noise never addressed — rooftop bar, pool deck and event hall near bedrooms
Light and privacy never addressed — eighteen stories looking into homes and yards
Not a compatible use — a 200‐foot hotel beside a historic district of single‐family homes Traffic never adequately studied — valet routes shared with 600+ pedestrians a day
Step 2
A campaign, not a single case.
Downtown, the historic districts north and south of it, the South Flagler/SoSo overlay and neighborhoods beyond absorb the same damage. We see water lines breaking, streets under endless construction to repair piping.
